A woman with perfectly dyed blonde hair and a flawless manicure teamed up with her brunette accomplice to use a stolen credit card to buy merchandise in Greenwich Village, authorities said Sunday.
The thieves used the stolen card at the Village Hemp Shop on MacDougal Street in Manhattan at 11: 15 of the night of 15 November, police said.
The owner of the credit card, of 39 years She wasn’t quite sure when or where the plastic had been stolen, a police spokesperson said.
In the images released by the authorities, you can see the two women wearing black face masks in the store. The blonde-haired woman can be seen in one photo holding a cell phone with long painted fingernails.
She is described as being 5 feet 4 inches with a slim build, long blonde hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, white shirt, dark blue jean and white shoes.
The other woman is approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall, slim, with dark hair and brown eyes, police said. She was last seen wearing a black jacket with a fur collar, blue jeans, and white shoes.
The credit card splurge happened about a week after another couple robbed a woman on a Brooklyn subway platform, officials said.
