A Hispanic serial killer will serve life in prison in California after pleading guilty to raping and murdering four women while on probation for previous sexual offenses.

Franc Cano, of 2017 years, would have committed the facts with his sidekick Steven Gordon, who was sentenced to death in 2014.

The duo, both registered sex offenders, were seeking women working in prostitution in the Anaheim and Santa Ana area.

The Los Angeles Times reported Thursday that Cano admitted responsibility to four counts of rape and murder for crimes committed nearly a decade ago.

Both criminals were wearing electronic ankle bracelets when they committed the acts.

The authorities linked Cano to the murders thanks to the GPS monitor and DNA material found on the body of Estepp.

Cano and Gor don were identified as suspects a month after authorities discovered the body of Jarrae Estepp, of 21, at an Anaheim garbage sorting plant in March of 2014.

The bodies of the other three victims, Kianna Jackson, of ; Josephine Monique Vargas, of 21; and Martha Anaya, from 21, were never recovered.

Cano was facing the death penalty, but after a review of the case , Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer decided that a sentence of life in prison was the appropriate punishment for the convicted person.

After being informed of the decision, the Hispanic pleaded guilty.

Cano and Gordon were camping behind a paint and tin shop in Anaheim. As reported in court, the duo patrolled the streets of that city and Santa Ana in search of young girls who worked in prostitution to kidnap, rape and kill them.

Three of the victims they were raped and murdered by the business.
