Oscar García García and Eustaquio Díaz Gutiérrez were arrested and charged with the fatal stabbing of Luis Pinduisaca Villa, a 52-year-old man, in Spring Valley, in New York’s Rockland County.

Garcia, 27, and Diaz, 40, were charged with second degree murder, arraigned yesterday in Spring Valley Justice Court and sent to the Rockland County Jail. The motive for the crime is not clear.

Police discovered the body of Pinduisaca Villa around 1:10 am Thursday lying on Johnson Street near North Myrtle Avenue. Agents had gone there to investigate a man’s report of an unknown medical emergency, he reported. LoHud.com.

Police said that while the two arrests have been made, the investigation continues. Anyone with information or who saw anything suspicious in the area around the time Pinduisaca Villa’s body was discovered is asked to call Spring Valley Police at 845-356-7400.

All charges are mere accusations and those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

In early December six people, including several Hispanics, were arrested for allegedly selling fentanyl and cocaine, as a result of a long-term investigation in that same Rockland County of New York.
