The FC Barcelona midfielder, Frenkie De Jong, unfortunately almost ended this Tuesday getting injured after he arrived with his team in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, to play the Spanish Super Cup.
According to a video released by the Spanish portal Mundo Deportivo, the arrival of the players on a bus to the hotel where they will meet is appreciated, but when De Jong went down the stairs almost everything ended in disgrace.
The Dutchman was going down the first steps unawares when he slipped and fell on one of them, but luckily he was able to accommodate his fall so as not to suffer any damage.
After this, De Jong stood up and continued on his way to the hotel, somewhat ignoring the bad moment he had experienced.
The video has accumulated thousands of views on social networks and many users even theorized that if the talented player had not reacted in time, he could have suffered a knee injury.
FC Barcelona will play this Thursday the semifinal of the Spanish Super Cup this Thursday, January 12, against Real Betis and if they win, they would be playing the trophy three days later against the winner of the key between Real Madrid and Valencia.
