former-big-league-player-albert-pujols-put-his-california-mansion-up-for-sale-for-$9.98-million-dollars

The Dominican legend of the Major Leagues, Albert Pujols, is in a new phase of his life after confirming his retirement from baseball and for this reason he has decided to put his mansion in Los Angeles, California, up for sale for an estimated price of $9.98 million of dollars.

Just months after closing his career with the St. Louis Cardinals, Pujols decided that his next move would be to put the residence he acquired in 2012 on the market at Redfin Real Estate on February 9.

On that occasion, the former slugger acquired the property in 2012 for $5.55 million after finalizing his 10-year signing with the Los Angeles Angels. As he commented on that occasion, the proximity to Angel Stadium was essential to finalize the purchase.

Among the characteristics of the imposing mansion are four floors with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms in a length of 9,239 square feet and within the main sources of entertainment are a pool with waterfall and slide, spa, movie theater, bar and even a meditation room.

So far, the Pujols mansion is the most expensive for sale, but its price is not excessive since, according to the real estate agency, there have been up to eight negotiations with similar prices between 2021 and 2022.

However, it is not the first time that Pujols has tried to put his house up for sale. In 2016 he listed it for $7.75 million but found no buyer.
