jay-leno-suffers-another-accident-that-left-him-with-several-broken-bones

A few days ago, the renowned American presenter Jay Leno suffered a motorcycle accident. In an interview with the Las Vegas Review-Journal, the 72-year-old television host revealed that he is recovering from a crash that left him with several broken bones.

This accident occurred just weeks after he suffered second-degree burns to his face following a fire that broke out in the garage of his Los Angeles home.

Leno explained to the outlet that he “fell” off his motorcycle and that caused him several injuries from which he is recovering. “I have a broken clavicle. I have two broken ribs. I have two broken kneecaps, ”he listed. “But I’m fine!” Added the star who is preparing his return to Las Vegas with a one-man show in March. “I’m fine, I’m working. I’m working this weekend.”

According to Leno, he was on the road that day testing a vintage Indian motorcycle, made in 1940, when he smelled a gas leak and decided to stop to investigate. “I turned down a side street and through a parking lot, and unknown to me, some guy had stretched a wire across the place, with no signage hanging from it,” he explained. “So I didn’t see it until it was too late. He hit me and threw me off the bike. The bike kept going, and you know what happens in those cases, ”he added.

The former ‘Tonight Show’ host also said he did not initially go public with his accident because there was a lot of chaos and coverage of his previous incident in November. “You know, after burning your body, this incident does not charge you.” “After that you are Harrison Ford crashing planes. You just want to duck your head when you see danger coming,” he joked.
