The former LaVergne, Tennessee police officer fired for having sexual encounters with at least six officers alleged that she started the practice because of the marital crisis she was facing with her husband.
In a 61-page confession to the LaVergne Police Department of Human Resources, Maegan Hall acknowledged not only engaging in oral sex with some officers and wife-swapping sessions, he also admitted to playing “Uno” with striptease and share foot fetish photos.
The report of the interviews with Hall was reviewed this week by media such as the Daily Mail.
The scandal apparently arose after the officers involved became jealous of each other over sexual intercourse.
“We had relationships… they were a few times but it was a long time ago,” the former officer would have confessed to Andrew Patton, the police department’s human resources manager.
Initially, the woman refused meetings with Sergeant Lewis Powell. Patton told him: “I have confirmation … that you talked about the act, that you talked about the size, how it looked.”
Eventually, Hall admitted that she had an affair with Powell for months and that she even performed oral sex on him during working hours.
“I only gave him a blowjob in the substation,” he confessed.
“My husband and I were on the verge of a divorce and I broke down and then everything kind of got out of hand,” the woman would have revealed in one of the interviews.
Powell had also denied the meetings, but they eventually came to light after the two met in December to discuss how they were hampering the investigation.
Hall told Patton that Powell threatened to kill himself when she tried to break things up. The former agent allegedly texted him: “You betrayed me. I thought you were worried about me; no one is here except me, you really hurt me.
When asked if he had engaged in a threesome with Officer Patrick Magliocco and his wife Amy, Hall replied: “Oh, I’m sorry. A what?”, and she started crying.
Hall later confessed that she got drunk at a “girls gone wild” hot tub party where she sang karaoke and fell down the stairs before having sex with Magliocco in a bathtub on a colleague’s boat.
“My bathing suit was a bit loose and it fell off,” she added.
Additionally, Hall told the interviewer of an embarrassing encounter in which she along with Magliocco and his wife tried to convince her husband Jedidiah to sexually exchange partners, but the man refused.
“Yeah, my husband and I had been in threesomes before, so I didn’t know if he was going to want to. I didn’t think we would have a problem with that,” he claimed.
Hall also tried unsuccessfully to get her husband to agree to a meeting with Sergeant Ty McGowan and his wife, and to that end they started the “One” game which included taking off their clothes.
Hall admitted that she slept with McGowan on two occasions.
The sex scandal led to the firing of Hall, Powell, McGowan, Juan Lugo Pérez and Seneca Shields.
