The Formula 1 team in which the Mexican driver Sergio ‘Checo’ Pérez is a member, Red Bull Racing, is finalizing the details for a new alliance that it will form with the American automotive industry Ford, an agreement that will be officially announced next Friday February 3 in New York City.

According to the reporter, the event that will take place in the Big Apple will feature the presentation of RB19; In addition, the creation of ‘Red Bull Ford’, the new alliance between the companies, will be announced.
“I have heard from some of my contacts that Ford is sending some content creators and influencers to New York on the same date. Coincidence? I don’t believe it. I’ll say it first here: Red Bull Ford will be announced in New York City this Friday,” Landino said through his social media.
In this way, the Ford brand would return to the premier category of motorsports after the participation they had as Jordan’s sponsor in the 2004 season.
The objective of this alliance by Red Bull is to achieve a more sustainable and clean engine with the environment that can remain in the elite of world motorsport, a proposal for which each of the teams and especially Formula 1.
The 2023 F1 season will start on March 5 with the Bahrain Grand Prix, a competition that Checo Pérez won in the 2020 season, this being the first victory of his career as a professional driver.
