james-corden-asks-for-$22-million-for-a-mansion-in-brentwood

The British presenter James Corden has put up for sale a mansion in Brentwood, California, which he has owned since 2017.

This property entered the real estate market with a price tag of $22 million, which means that Corden expects to receive a significant profit on its sale. He bought the place in 2017 for just $10 million.

Corden is listing this property shortly after receiving the necessary permits to demolish his derelict mansion in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, England.

This property was built in 1997 but its last owners have done the necessary maintenance and remodeling so that the place remains in good condition 26 years later.

One of the main characteristics of the property that was put up for sale is its privacy. It is impossible for curious people to see something from the street in the area; however, from the air it has been filmed on occasion.

The main house has an extension of 8,609 square feet distributed in seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, hall, living room, dining room, main room, cinema room with capacity for 20 people, library, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.

Inside, features such as hardwood floors, large windows, fireplace, and more stand out. The decoration is not very striking and it seems that Corden never lived in the place, so there is nothing to identify him.

The kitchen has aquamarine cabinets, marble countertops, and high-end stainless steel appliances.

On the other hand, the main room is large with a large bed, sitting area, large windows, walk-in closet and a huge private bathroom with a soaking tub.

In addition to the main house there is a garage with capacity for four vehicles.

Outside there are well-kept green areas, although it is not too wide, it does have enough space for a swimming pool, playground, trampoline, terrace and other amenities ideal for enjoying the outdoors.
