A few weeks before the start of Formula 1, Checo Pérez has been seen taking advantage of his days to share with the family, but a specific moment has become a trend. And it is that the Red Bull driver was competing with his little son nicknamed by Internet users as “chequito” on a karting track.
The video shows how the Czech surpasses his son and a nephew very quickly, as described by a fan account of the Mexican on the social network Twitter.
Likewise, at the beginning of January a public official from Jalisco, Mexico, the land where Checo was born, published an image of the pilot while he was photographing his two small children, accompanied by a text that says “without words.”
Such actions show that what Checo prefers to do when he is not driving with Red Bull is to share with his family without straying from his passion for racing.
Checo Pérez prepares physically for the 2022/23 season
Although it is not usual for the Czech to show his exercise routines, the Mexican shared some of his training sessions to get to the top of his debut, scheduled to materialize on March 5 at the Bahrain Grand Prix.
Pérez will seek to surpass the mark he left in the Drivers’ Championship last season, in which he was surpassed by his teammate Max Verstappen and Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc.
