The Águilas del América defeated Héctor Herrera’s Houston Dynamo with a scandalous 6-1 win, in a preparation match for the Major League Soccer (MLS) team.

The Liga MX team took to the field with an alternate team last weekend, and with some youth players, and even so it served them to achieve a comprehensive result.

The goals for América came from the feet of players Roger Martínez, Esteban Lozano, Brian Rodríguez and Miguel Layún.

It is worth noting that Las Águilas come from defeating Mazatlán by a 6-0 win, which shows that the team continues with its fine aim.

The game was held behind closed doors at the Coapa facilities, and the Mexican Héctor Herrera was present with the MLS team.

With this result, the Eagles manage to consolidate a good rhythm for the next match this Saturday against Santos, in which they seek to achieve their second victory this season.

Dynamo will continue to play preseason matches in which they will face other Liga MX teams such as Tlaxcala and Pumas de la UNAM.
