As part of the progress in the investigation of the case for the femicide of the 23-year-old girl in Bogotá, it turned out that one of her friends revealed to the authorities that Poulos, 35, sent money to Trespalacios through different platforms.

Trespalacios would have operated on his face and other parts of his body with the money transfers.

One of the most evident procedures was lip augmentation through the injection of hyaluronic acid. The young woman would also have undergone a cheek augmentation intervention.

The report by La FM indicates that the DJ got breast implants at the request of today accused of murdering her.

Silvana Gómez, one of Trespalacios’ friends, told prosecutors who are looking at the case that she supposedly had to receive Poulos’s money transfer from the US on one occasion because Trespalacios was traveling through Aruba.

Allegedly, the young woman made the journey with the Colombian influencer Santiago Luna, with whom she had a relationship parallel to the one she had with the American, resident in Texas.

“John was going to make a consignment of $1,000 dollars, but Valentina had gone to Aruba with Santiago Luna. She didn’t know how to make John not realize he was there. So, Valentina told her that he had a gig somewhere else, and that was when she told him that he needed the money (1,000 dollars) and to send it to me. That was when John, through the MoneyGram exchange house, sent it to me,” Silvana would have declared, according to various media outlets in that country.

In the last images of Trespalaciones alive with Poulos, he is seen arriving at the apartment he rented in the Kappadocia complex in the north of the Colombian capital. The young woman wears a therapeutic girdle. According to available press information, Trespalacios was wearing it as part of her recovery from recent surgery.

In the recording of January 20, Poulos is seen dragging the blue suitcase in which he would later have placed the lifeless body of the victim.

Poulos is accused of beating and strangling the DJ in the apartment, taking the body in a shopping cart and placing it in the trunk of a vehicle – also a rented one – to dispose of it.

The remains of Trespalacios were found last Sunday inside a dumpster in the Versalles neighborhood, in the town of Fontibón. A recycler detected the body and alerted the authorities.
