The Manchester United goalkeeper, David de Gea, managed to win his title number eight this Sunday with the ‘Red Devils’ shirt, by winning the League Cup after beating Newcastle United.
The Spanish goalkeeper arrived at Manchester in 2011, and from that same year he began to reap great achievements.
In that season he won the Community Shield. The following 2012-2013 campaign he won a Premier League, and in 2013 he won another Community Shield.
In 2015-2016 they won the FA Cup and a year later they established themselves with the League Cup and a Europa League. His third Community Shield was won in 2016. In 2016-2017 he won another League Cup again.
But De Gea’s achievements do not end there, since in that time he has been chosen as Manchester United’s best player four times.
In addition, the goalkeeper was selected as a Golden Glove for his performance in the 2018 Premier League.
These titles are also joined by the Europa League that he won in 2010 with Atlético de Madrid, as well as the European Super Cup that same year.
The Spaniard ends his contract with United this June, but is in talks to extend his relationship with the ‘Red Devils’.
