Taylor Schabusiness’s lawyer resigned from the defense after the woman lunged at him to hit him in the middle of a hearing in the case in which he is accused of having decapitated his sexual partner in Wisconsin.
Taylor Schabusiness, 25, of Green Bay, is facing charges for beheading Shad Thyrion, 24, while they had sex in the middle of a methamphetamine trip on February 22 of last year.
As if she didn’t have enough legal trouble already, the woman was seized by Brown County courthouse security on February 14 after she fell on top of Quinn Jolly. It’s unclear if Schabusiness will face additional charges for the assault in the courtroom that was caught on video.
The attack was reported after the lawyer filed a motion to delay the jury trial. After the defendant was removed from court, Jolly filed a motion to withdraw from the case. Jolly’s application was officially accepted on Monday. As a result of the above, Schabusiness will have to get a new lawyer and the process will have to be renewed to determine if she is mentally competent to stand trial, media outlets such as Law & Order reported.
Agents found Thyrion’s head in a basement bin after the victim’s mother alerted authorities. Schabusiness allegedly admitted that she went “mad” from the drug she consumed and choked Thyrion to death with a chain.
Schabusiness allegedly confessed that he began to suffocate the victim by pulling on the end of the chain while he was face down on the bed.
According to his statements, the man coughed up blood and waited for him to die while watching him. The defendant would have indicated that since he had already gone this far, she would go ahead with the attack. “Yes, I liked it”, she would have expressed the female to the investigators about the suffocation.
The victim’s penis and other body parts were scattered in bags throughout the space.
Schabusiness reportedly told the officers that they would have fun trying to find Thyrion’s organs.
