after-being-left-without-a-team-in-january:-isco-alarcon-could-return-to-football-with-fluminense

After his contract with Real Madrid expired in June 2022, Spanish midfielder Isco Alarcón embarked on a new path with Sevilla FC, which was cut short in January when he ended up parting ways with the club.

Since then, the 30-year-old player who managed to win up to four Champions League with Real Madrid has remained without a team. But in recent days, a possible new destination that places him in the Fluminense of the Brazilian Serie A Championship has sounded loud.

The presence of his former teammate in the White House, Marcelo Vieira, would be an incentive for the Spaniard to try South American football for the first time in his career.

The Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo revealed that Isco would join Fluminense in exchange for a salary of $543,000 dollars a month and that the man from Malaga sees Brazil as an interesting destination.

It should be remembered that Isco was very close to signing in January with Unicón Berlin, a team that occupies the third position in the German Bundesliga. However, on the last day of the transfer market, the operation was complicated and was left without effect.

For the moment, Isco is training from home while his agent Jorge Mendes refines the details for his new destination, which could be known in June.
