get-to-know-the-mansion-in-beverly-hills-where-drake-stayed-and-for-which-$62-million-is-now-being-asked

A mansion in Beverly Hills, California, which was leased by Drake in the summer of 2022, has just entered the real estate market. The residence is available for $62 million.

This property was completed in 2021; however, in this short time it has already had several appearances on the market. After Drake rented it out, it was put up for sale for $65 million, but due to a lack of takers, it eventually sold for $42 million.

Now, it is re-entering the market almost a year after its last sale.

The name of the buyer was never known, but it is known that he never moved into the place. According to ‘Dirt.com’, the owner did make a change to the property’s pool, but there are no photos illustrating the transformation.

This property was designed by SAOTA Arquitectos and built on a 0.57 acre lot.

The main house has an extension of 18,169 square feet distributed in seven bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, hall, living room, main room, dining room, two kitchens, laundry room and other amenities.

Among the luxuries there is a cinema room with capacity for 20 people, lounge with bar, wine cellar, tasting room, gym and even a wellness room.

The entire property is surrounded by large trees, which allows its owners to have a sense of privacy and tranquility. Among the most exempt characteristics of the place is a marble bridge. And really, marble is the protagonist throughout the property.

Outside there is a swimming pool, terrace, spa area, fireplace and other luxurious spaces to enjoy the outdoors.
