dani-alves-in-his-statement-for-alleged-sexual-abuse:-“i-was-only-an-accomplice-of-the-desire-that-she-had”

The player Dani Alves continues to be detained for the complaint of sexual abuse while the investigations continue and on April 17 he appeared in court to give his statement of the facts for the fourth time, which he modified again.

The Spanish chain BE He released part of his statement before the judge and the footballer told in detail what happened that night in December at the Sutton nightclub in Barcelona.

“Those girls came to our private room but we didn’t insist. I noticed her good disposition from the way she danced, how she approached me, how we exchanged positions,” the Brazilian started explaining.

Alves explained the situation step by step and made it clear that everything was agreed upon. “I told him to move all that to the bathroom. He told me that yes, there was no problem. I told her that I was going first and that I would wait for her inside.” According to the alleged victim’s story, things inside the bathroom happened differently. Alves clarified that while they had sex, he asked the girl “if she liked him” on two occasions.

After what happened in the bathroom, Alves told the girl that he would go out first and asked her to wait a few minutes so she could do it. This request was the one that the footballer thinks he made the girl angry. “If he had seen her at her exit, he would have stopped her to ask her what had happened to her because until then everything was fine, within what we wanted,” he explained.

“I was simply an accomplice of the desire that she had or of the ones that I had,” Alves released as an argument in his statement and stressed again that they were always consented to by the girl.
