A Hispanic serial masturbator who pleasured himself in front of several women and even children in Texas was sentenced to 10 years probation.
Antonio Cordero Rios, 35, of Pflugerville, was sentenced this week after pleading guilty to aggravated assault causing grievous bodily harm and indecency with a child, the Travis County District Attorney’s Office reported.
Cordero Ríos was accused of being involved in several incidents between June and December 2021, in which he followed women and exposed their private parts before masturbating in public.
In the first incident reported on June 30 of that year, the pervert attacked a female who was walking in the Austin area. The man grabbed her arm, touched her inappropriately and exposed her private parts before she fell to the ground. The woman ended up with a leg injury that required surgery and a long recovery process.
The victim, identified as Lynn Isaak, reacted dissatisfied with the probationary sentence.
“Your sentence is very slow. You got rid of what you did easily. I have not heard remorse from you. I have not heard any apology,” Isaak declared in court after the judge read the sentence.
“You are a monster, and I do not forgive you for what you did to me,” added the victim who was able to capture part of the confrontation with her Apple Watch.
In another incident, a woman and her 9-year-old son ran into the pervert while he was masturbating over a fire hydrant. The criminal followed them briefly before leaving the scene by car. The woman managed to take a photo of Cordero Ríos at the time of the events that circulates in the media.
As a result of other reported similar incidents, the authorities were able to identify the Hispanic and arrest him on December 10, 2021. At the time of being intervened by officers, Cordero Ríos admitted to having been in the area where the first attack was reported, but alleged that the contact was unintentional.
As part of the sentencing conditions, the convicted person must register as a sex offender, stay away from victims, undergo counseling. If he violates the stipulations of his release, he faces a possible sentence of 10 years in prison.
