At the end of 2022, Mark Wahlberg made headlines in the real estate market and also for the statements he gave on the ‘Wahl Street’ program. During the interview he reported that he and his family were moving to Las Vegas, Nevada.

Now, several months later, the actor has told E! Entertainment Television that everyone is happy with the decision and that life in Las Vegas is living up to their expectations.

He stated: “I spent a lot of time in Los Angeles pursuing my interests and career, and now it’s time for them to pursue theirs. Everyone is thriving there. It has been great”.

Of course, the move has had other benefits, for example, he has been able to attend many musical shows in the city. She happily recounted that she had gone to concerts by the British Adele and Bruno Mars.

It should be remembered that the Wahlberg family is made up of the actor, his wife Rhea Durham and their four children: Ella, 18, Miguel, 16, Brendan, 13, and Grace, 12.

Although now they are very happy with the move. It should not be ignored that the process was not always rosy, nor for him, who has amassed a fortune thanks to his acting career.

Before Wahlberg opened up about moving to Las Vegas, he had listed his impressive mansion in Beverly Hills, California, for $87.5 million. That property entered the market in April 2022.

The actor had no luck with the sale and had to lower the price several times, until he finally sold it for only $55 million dollars, in February of this year.

While looking for an owner for his grand Los Angeles mansion, he invested several million more in properties inside the Summit Club in Las Vegas.
