mike-tyson-confesses-about-drugs-and-says-he-would-have-been-a-better-boxer-if-he-had-used-them-in-his-time

Former boxer Mike Tyson continues to be a trend despite having retired from the ring for several years and this time he has been so again with some statements in which he assured that if he had used drugs he would have been a better boxer than he was.

Although Tyson is considered one of the best heavyweight boxers of all time, his experience in recent years with drugs makes him believe that these psychedelics would have given them greater abilities than they had.

Speaking to the TMZ Sports program, he said that the use of drugs could make athletes focus much more for a high-level sport, as well as enhance their abilities.

“Psychedelics are an enhancement rather than a loss of enhancement. It allows you to enter that realm of comfort, relaxation, and prepare to reach your highest level. It’s just an incredible feeling”, commented the multiple world boxing champion.

Given that Mike Tyson went 50-6, with 44 KOs, it’s surprising that Tyson believes he could have been better if he had used off-the-beaten-track substances.

Subsequently, he addressed athletes not only belonging to boxing but also to any discipline to encourage the use of drugs such as cannabis or mushrooms, because he is the “living proof” that they work.

“I’m able to talk to everyone in the sports world because that’s basically where it’s needed. We always thought cannabis was a downer, it made you tired, it made you weak, but it actually made you more alert and more studious of your field, of your profession,” he added.

Tyson’s statements praising narcotics are not the first he has made in recent times. After the NBA decriminalized the use of marijuana in the league, Tyson publicly encouraged players to use the plant and learn about the “benefits” it offers.
