A few weeks ago Sofia Richie and Elliot Grainge celebrated their big wedding, which could easily be among the best and most luxurious weddings of the year. The celebration took place at the luxurious Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes, France.
The couple have been organizing their life for several months. They even bought a new mansion in Brentwood, California so they could start a life together.
Richie and Grainge paid nearly $27 million for the property. According to ‘Dirt.com’, the seller was Jeremy Zimmer, CEO and founder of United Talent Agency (UTA).
Zimmer bought this property in 2004, so he owned the place for almost 20 years. When the businessman bought the place, his mansion had just been built. It should be noted that a mansion was built on the same lot in the 1920s, but architect Steve Giannetti demolished that structure and developed a new residence.
Before they bought this property, Richie and Grainge sold another mansion in Beverly Hills, California for $22 million.
At the moment it is unknown if the couple has hired designers to take care of the interior decoration, the positive thing is that the style of the structure is quite contemporary.
What is known is that the couple will be able to enjoy a 10,779-square-foot main house distributed over two floors with six bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two half-baths, hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, library , movie theater, gym and other amenities.
Outside there are also multiple amenities such as extensive green areas, terrace, swimming pool, spa area, dining room, fireplace and other ideal spaces to share with family or friends.
