A luxury apartment and history has entered the real estate market. The comedian and actress Carol Burnett decided to put up for sale the property that she has on the 13th floor of The Wilshir, a 27-story building located in Los Angeles, California.
The apartment entered the real estate market at a cost of $3.7 million dollars. If the property can sell at its current price, Burnett would be making a significant profit, as she paid just $1.3 million for the place in 2002.
Its current cost not only has to do with the fact that more than 20 years have passed, it must also be taken into account that the comedian remodeled the place in 2011. For this reason, the space is in perfect condition despite the fact that the building dates back to from the 90s.
The apartment has a total of 2,800 square feet distributed in two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one half bathroom, hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, office and other amenities.
In its living room, the large floor-to-ceiling windows that offer an excellent view of the city and its mountains stand out. There is also custom-built furniture and a black grand piano.
From the interior it must be said that there are smoked walnut hardwood floors, silk carpets, solid wood doors and more.
Among the most renovated spaces in the property is the kitchen with stone countertops, dark-colored cabinets, and high-end appliances. Among the luxuries of the kitchen should be highlighted an ice maker, wine cooler and warming drawer.
On the other hand, the main room also has large floor-to-ceiling windows, plus two dressing rooms, a private bathroom and its own dressing room.
Also the property is equipped with general technology, for example: remote controlled mesh blinds, heating and cooling.
Those interested should take into account that in addition to the $3.7 million dollars that the comedian asks for the place, they must also pay $4,113 dollars a month to cover all the services and spaces offered by the luxurious building.
Among the services offered by the building is a concierge and security service 24 hours a day, a swimming pool, a gym, and some owners even have their own wine cellars assigned.
