man-wakes-up-with-a-strong-feeling-that-he-should-play-the-lottery-and-wins-$50,000-with-a-scratch-off

A Maryland man stopped buying lottery tickets for six months, but he had a feeling of good luck and decided to buy one. It turned out that he won $50,000 on a Scratch-Off ticket.

The 25-year-old Glen Burnie resident told Maryland Lottery representatives that it had been about six months since he last purchased lottery tickets.

However, one morning he woke up with a strong feeling that he had to buy an instant ticket.

The man stopped at the Mobil gas station in Glen Burnie and bought a $20 instant ticket to the $50,000 Cash game from the store’s lottery vending machine.

The player scratched off his ticket after filling up his car with gas and discovered that he had won a $50,000 jackpot.

“I was surprised. I never expected this”, said the lucky winner.

The man claimed that his windfall prize far exceeds the biggest win he ever made in the lottery, which amounted to $500.

The winner said that the prize money will be used to buy a new car.
