johnny-galecki-sold-his-hollywood-hills-home-to-a-powerful-talent-agent

In November of last year, Johnny Galecki sold a mansion in Hollywood Hills, California, for $11.1 million. Several months later it has been reported that the happy buyer was Maha Dakhil Jackson, who is recognized in Hollywood for representing Tom Cruise, Ava DuVernay, Mindy Kaling, Anne Hathaway and Natalie Portman.

Undoubtedly the property was left in the hands of some powerful Hollywood, because the talent agent is the wife of film producer Matt Jackson (‘All the Old Knives’, ‘Molly’s Game’ and ‘End of Watch’).

The couple’s new property is specifically located in Outpost Estates and encompasses a 0.56 acre lot.

Galecki, known worldwide for starring in the series ‘The Big Bang Theory’, bought this residence in 2015 for $9.2 million and initially expected to sell it for $11.9 million. Before him, the mansion had passed through other stars like Winona Ryder, Felicity Huffman, Russell Brand, Madelaine Petsch and Ben Stiller.

Although the mansion was built in the 1920s, it is still in excellent condition. This is partly thanks to a makeover that comedian Ben Stiller did to the place.

The property has a 7,400-square-foot main house distributed over two floors with six bedrooms, five full bathrooms, foyer, living room, great room, game room, TV room, theater room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.

In addition to the main house there is a guest house and a garage with capacity for two vehicles.

In the green areas there are several luxuries such as a terrace, swimming pool, spa area and others ideal for family or friends of the couple to enjoy outdoors.
