halle-berry-manages-to-pay-less-support-to-her-ex-partner-gabriel-aubry

For almost 10 years, the actress Halle Berry has been involved in constant legal battles against her ex-partner, the Canadian model Gabriel Aubry. Both share a common daughter, Nahla, 15 years old.

When the two separated in 2010, citing irreconcilable differences, they began a child support lawsuit, which the Oscar winner lost.

In 2014, a judge ruled that the “X-Men” star would have to pay Aubry $16,000 a month. In 2021, the actress managed to reduce that amount to $8,000.

Additionally, since the judge’s first ruling in 2014, Berry has had to give his ex-partner 4.3 percent of any annual income greater than $1.95 million.

Now, according to the Daily Mail, the “Swordfish” and “Gothika” actress finally got a big victory in court, managing to limit that additional amount to $4.5 million in total.

“Halle will continue to pay Gabriel 4.3 percent of any income she receives above $1.95 million, as additional child support for Nahla. However, any additional child support payments under this paragraph will not exceed $109,650 per year, which is the difference between 4.3 percent of $1.95 million and $4.5 million.

“The parties agree that additional child support above $109,650 per year would exceed Nahla’s reasonable needs,” the official case documents obtained by the Daily Mail explained.

In short, the most Halle Berry, Oscar winner for “Monster’s Ball,” will have to pay each year, in addition to her regular monthly payments, will be around $110,000 per year.

According to the Celebrity Net Worth page, the producer also has a fortune worth $90 million dollars. Berry has another son, Maceo, 10, who she shares with her ex-husband, actor Olivier Martinez.
