carlos-vela-could-play-in-liga-mx:-“anything-can-happen,-you-have-to-be-open”

LAFC striker in Major League Soccer (MLS), Carlos Vela, assured that he does not rule out playing again in Liga MX, considering that he really likes being in Mexico and could return as long as it is the best for his family.

These statements were offered by Carlos Vela during a press conference before the first leg of the Concacaf Champions League Final against León, which will be played on May 31.

“Going to Mexico, whether it’s on vacation or for whatever, I love it. I really enjoy going to my country, it’s a great opportunity to have fun and win a new title,” said Vela.

“I have never said yes or that I am not going to play in Mexico. Now I am here in Los Angeles, I am very happy, but we know that anything can happen, that you should always be open to listening to any option, deciding what is best for my family, whether here or in Mexico,” he said on the 10th of LAFC.

He also added that the important thing for him is to see what places there are and in which team he can continue enjoying football.

It is worth noting that Vela was formed in the basic forces of the Chivas de Guadalajara. However, he never played in the top division, as he went to play at a young age for Arsenal in the Premier League.

In relation to the possible pressure that LAFC has to finish the final of the Concacaf Champions League at home, Vela assured that they feel confident, since both teams have the possibility of lifting the trophy.

“There is no pressure. I think it is a reward for all the work we have done and that nps has put us in a very good situation to fight for the title”, he commented.

“The one who plays the best, the one who doesn’t make mistakes, the one who takes advantage of anything will be the one who takes it. Let’s hope that we can be the ones who win the title, ”he declared.
