17-year-old-boy-accused-in-las-vegas-of-raping-a-young-girl-while-other-minors-recorded

A 17-year-old boy is accused in Nevada of raping a schoolmate while she was drunk and practically unconscious while the other teenagers watched, some of whom recorded the events.

Aiden Cicchetti faces three counts of sexual assault.

Cicchetti initially denied abusing the girl in the back of her car. However, when confronted with the audiovisual material, he allegedly broke down in tears, he reported in the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

In the images, the alleged victim can be seen barely conscious and asking the suspect to stop.

The case documents cited by the aforementioned medium indicate that the young woman does not remember having sex with Cicchetti.

The student told the police that she was dizzy, nauseated and had blurred vision when the defendant gave her alcohol.

The girl woke up in the kitchen of Cicchetti’s house wrapped in a towel without her pants and without underwear.

Later, and according to court documents, the boy sent him a message on social networks and told him that they had had sex, which he initially took as a joke. Then a person sent him the videos of the meeting.

“LMAO look what I found on my phone,” shared the witness in a mockery.

Cicchetti, whose mother is a lawyer and was with him at the time of the interview, admitted that he is the young man who appears in the videos. But he insisted that the meeting was consensual. In addition, he alleged that the friends of the young woman, who has not been identified, forced him to have sex with her.

Ross Goodman, the defendant’s lawyer, argued that the police failed to interview witnesses who contradict the official version. The lawyer also maintains that there is no evidence that the girl was out of her mind at the time of the event.

Although the incident was reported in March, it was not until this week that details of the arrest report emerged.

A follow-up hearing is scheduled for June 21.
