jeff-bezos-and-lauren-sanchez-pay-$600,000-a-month-for-a-mansion-in-malibu

Billionaire businessman Jeff Bezos and his girlfriend, journalist Lauren Sánchez, have gotten engaged. While they plan their wedding and wait for the construction of their mansion in Beverly Hills to be completed, the couple will live rented in a large property in Malibu.

According to ‘TMZ’, Bezos and Sánchez have agreed to pay $600,000 a month for the rent of the impressive complex facing the sea that belongs to the American saxophonist Kenny G.

Initially it was said that the couple had rented a Malibu mansion from financier Lester Knispel, known for being the manager of the money of the Kardashians, Mariah Carey, Nicki Minaj and Shaquille O’Neal; however, this information has been denied by several American media.

Bezos and Sánchez will live in this property while the construction of the mansion they are developing in Beverly Hills, California is finished.

Kenny G is known to have bought this property in 1998 for $12.5 million, but today the place looks nothing like the property he bought 25 years ago. The saxophonist has expanded the place with the purchase of another piece of land.

Since the property has belonged to him for 25 years, the place has never entered the real estate market and there is no exact information on the interior, nor are there any photographs. It appears that Bezos made the rental agreement thanks to conversations outside the real estate market.

‘Dirt.com’ could only report that the main house has an approximate extension of 5,500 square feet distributed in six bedrooms, several bathrooms, hall, living room, main room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other common luxuries of this type of mansions

The same medium ensures that the property has a 3,500-square-foot guest house and a 1,500-square-foot recording studio.

Outside there are extensive green areas with a terrace, swimming pool, spa area, courts and many more spaces ideal for enjoying the outdoors. It even offers access to Little Dume Beach, one of the most exclusive beaches in Malibu.
