While the rapper is starting a new love life, it seems his real estate success is taking a nosedive. Recently ‘The Sun’ reported that Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband does not have enough control to reclaim her abandoned mansion in Malibu, California.
Although he owns many other properties, including his ranch in Wyoming, West has decided to rent a penthouse in West Hollywood, California, to live with Censori.
The US version of the newspaper ‘The Sun’ ensures that the couple is paying $20,000 per month for the property. The medium obtained this information thanks to a source close to the rapper.
The source says that West has been living in that apartment for the past few months. It seems that the place is ideal for him because it is very close to the new headquarters of his Yeezy brand, which is on Melrose Avenue.
“Things are going well for them in their marriage, they both seem to be doing very well and happy together,” the source told ‘The Sun’.
The apartment they rent does not seem to be very spacious, it is known that it has only two rooms. So far not many more details of the place have been released, but surely they can also enjoy many luxuries offered by the building where the property is located.
It should be remembered that West had to abandon all the projects he had with the Malibu mansion he bought in 2021 for $57.3 million dollars. The rapper had many plans for this beachfront venue, but it all fell apart when he dissolved his company Yeezy Construction Inc..
According to some media, West had to make this decision after he lost several contracts with brands for his anti-Semitic comments.
