Several days ago it was reported that NFL star Jalen Ramsey put his Hidden Hills, California mansion up for sale for $13.9 million. Now, ‘TMZ’ has said that the place belonged to the comedian Howie Mandel.
The comedian, known worldwide for being a jury on ‘America’s Got Talent’, sold the property in 2020 to the Miami Dolphins player for $9.5 million dollars, so Ramsey expects to receive a significant profit from the sale of the place.
Mandel and his wife, Terry, purchased this Hidden Hills property in 2018 for $2.62 million. In two years the couple raised the cost of the residence thanks to a series of renovations. The first thing they did on the property was to demolish the original house and build a new one.
According to ‘TMZ’, Ramsey told ‘Compass’: “I made some improvements to perfect it and now it’s hard to agree to sell it because I love it”.
Of the entire property, its new security system and an intelligent system to control various spaces and objects of the property stand out.
The new main house is built on a 1.14-acre lot and spans 10,000 square feet spread over three floors with seven bedrooms, eight full baths, foyer, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, gym , theater room, climate controlled wine room, wet bar, office and other amenities.
Among the details of the interior you can highlight its marble fireplaces and custom-made shelves with European white oak.
Outside there are green areas with a terrace, swimming pool, spa area, barbecue area, courts, gardens and other spaces to share with family or friends.
