they-reveal-which-are-the-most-loved-workplaces-in-the-world-in-2023

The English company HBL Internacional, dedicated to offering auditing, accounting, tax and business advisory services, turned out to be number 1 of the “World’s Most Loved Workplaces 2023”.

Newsweek, in association with research firm Best Practice Institute (BPI), released the results of the ranking, which is based on the BPI’s proprietary “Love of Workplace Index” analysis of data provided directly by employees, along with analysis of external public online ratings and direct interviews with and responses from company officials.

“Front benefits and fair compensation influence employee engagement, of course, but much more is needed: evidence shows that culture influences sentiment even more. Employees who feel included, recognized, and valued love their workplace. And associates who love their workplaces — dreamers, entrepreneurs, innovators, and leaders — enjoy longer tenures and do their best work,” the Newsweek report says.

The companies on this list stand out to their employees. They have open-door policies where employees feel heard, offer flexibility that supports work-life balance, and provide opportunities for career development, promotion, and recognition, to name a few.

The results were determined after surveying more than 2 million employees at companies with payrolls ranging in size from 30 to more than 10,000. The list recognizes companies that put respect, care and appreciation for their employees at the heart of their business model and, in doing so, have earned their loyalty.
