Ira Bernstein, a podiatrist, and his sister Jaclyn Goldberg were charged in New York with planning the murder of his wife and then conspiring to destroy the evidence.
Bernstein, 49, and Goldberg, 40, have been charged after a lengthy investigation, Rockland County District Attorney Thomas E. Walsh II announced Friday.
