fernando-ortiz-is-focused-on-his-new-job-with-rayados-de-monterrey:-“there-is-no-need-to-fear-the-word-champion”

The new technical director of the Rayados de Monterrey, Fernando ‘Tano’ Ortiz, has not yet joined the other members of the squad and coaching staff and has already shown himself focused on the sole objective of being able to win the championship title in the Opening tournament 2023 of the Liga MX; This action would be part of his desire to take revenge for the defeat he suffered in the recently completed Clausura 2023.

During an interview offered to the press team of ‘La Pandilla’, the substitute for Víctor Manuel Vucetich and former coach of the Águilas del Club América, showed himself wearing the colors of his new organization and hopes that he will only land in the city of Monterrey to be able to meet his new players and thus start this new stage of his career.

“Until the Final, here you have to know how to take responsibility for wearing this shield, everyone’s commitment must be to reach a Final. There is no other goal in common for everyone to have, because of what the club means and there is no need to be afraid of the word champion. We are going to seek to be champion ”, expressed the coach.

Ortiz assured that the game that he plans to implement for the upcoming Aztec football season will be very offensive regardless of the rival; He stressed that this style of aggressiveness was something that the club’s president, José Antonio Noriega, was looking for.

“We are going to be a very offensive team, I have no doubt about that, we are going to be an aggressive team, at home, away, we will try to turn our football over, it does not matter who we play against. The boys must know that the one who enters must do the same function that he was doing and hopefully we can show what we want on the field of play, ”he highlighted.

“Happy, proud to reach a model institution at the national level and be able to take it international, also proud to belong and start my own history in such an important club in Mexico and eager to start training and create that offensive game ideology. I like it”, the coach concluded when talking about his arrival at Rayados.
