Khairul Aming, owner of Sambal Nyet, a successful food production company, decided to close the company for 5 days to take his workers on vacation.

While some companies lay off employees due to difficult market conditions and their CEOs pocket million-dollar bonuses, others share their success with their workers and take them on vacation with all expenses paid.
Aming decided to thank the effort and dedication of his staff to his company, and in an act that has surprised and has gone around the world, images and a video of the businessman are circulating along with his employees, walking, swimming, dancing and enjoying big in life.
The successful businessman did not skimp on anything and this is seen in the travel testimonial that circulates on different social networks, where the boss and workers enjoy 5 days off in Langkawi.
In the video of the trip, it can be seen that everyone is staying in a luxury hotel, visiting different tourist places and enjoying nature.
The 60 company workers appear in restaurants, parks, shops, a catamaran ride and jetsky rides with huge smiles and faces of happiness that cannot be hidden.
On @khairulaming’s account it says:
“This week we closed the Sambal Nyet factory for 5 days to take all 60 employees on vacation to Langkawi. We offer a 5 star hotel, jetski, cave exploration, snorkeling, private yacht to watch the sunset, and shopping money for those purchases. Alhamdulillah all the staff are happy.”
“The cruise was exclusive only for them and did not include the public. They enjoyed the sunset while swimming in the sea,” Khairul Aming wrote.
As expected, the fact generated many comments of recognition and congratulations for the shared businessman.
