mariah-carey-finally-sold-her-atlanta-mansion-for-$4.3-million

Singer Mariah Carey has managed to sell her mansion in Atlanta, but not at the price she expected. According to various outlets, the residence ended up selling for $4.3 million, which is much less than the $5.65 million she paid for the place during the pandemic.

The property entered the real estate market in September 2022 for $6.5 million dollars and the lack of interested parties caused its cost to drop to only $6 million dollars a month later. However, that price was also not attractive to millionaires interested in investing in Atlanta.

At the time, Carey bought this property to be closer to his band during the confinement due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The happy buyer of the property was Michael Dickey, who is executive director of Modern Luxury Media, a group in charge of publishing the magazines: ‘Hamptons’, ‘Modern Luxury Manhattan’ and ‘Los Angeles Confidential’.

Dickey’s new property includes a 12,575-square-foot main house comprised of nine bedrooms, nine baths, foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, theater room, fitness center, and other amenities. It should also be taken into account that it encompasses a total lot of 4 acres.

In addition to the main house, there is also a garage with capacity for three vehicles and a guest house.

Outside there are extensive green areas with a terrace, swimming pool, spa area, tennis court and other ideal spaces to enjoy the outdoors with family or friends.
