The rapper French Montana has decided to put up for sale the mansion in Hidden Hills, California, which he has owned since the end of 2020. The property recently entered the real estate market at a cost of $22.75 million dollars.
Remember that Montana bought this property from basketball player Paul George, who initially asked for $9.5 million for the place but ended up receiving $8.4 million. Now, the rapper expects to receive a profit of more than double what he paid three years ago.
According to ‘The New York Times’, this property is in line with the prices of properties in the area, but we must wait if its agents manage to sell it or if they will be forced to lower the price due to a lack of interested parties.
In the real estate market, nothing guarantees a fast and successful sale, neither the personality that sells it nor the location. A recent example is Madonna, who since April last year was trying to sell a mansion in the same area and ended up receiving less than she expected.
Returning to the house for sale, it must be said that this property dates from the 80s but is currently in perfect condition.
The main house has an extension of 15,973 square feet distributed in seven rooms, new bathrooms, hall, living room, main room, cinema room, game room, gym, wine cellar, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
From the interior, its polished floors, glass walls, sliding doors, high ceilings, exposed wooden beams and motorized skylights must be highlighted.
In addition to the main house there is a garage with capacity for five vehicles.
Outside there are extensive green areas with a terrace, fire pit, swimming pool, spa area, tennis court and other ideal spaces to enjoy the outdoors.
