The information was released mainly by the director of this auction company in which they detailed that the Ferrari Enzo known as ‘Scocca n.1’ (chassis 1) of this model has been sold out of auction for the impressive sum of $5 .4 million dollars; this exorbitant asking price is due to the fact that the Enzo is part of the ‘Olympus’ of the Italian company along with the 280 GTO, F40, F50 and LaFerrari models.
The figure for this vehicle was based on an estimate made by Monaco Car Auctions based on the model of the car, its capabilities and its uniqueness; the amount fixed for its sale was between $5 and $5.5 million dollars.
An important fact that was revealed by the auction house is that this is the “first Ferrari Enzo” (extreme that would be certified by Ferrari Classiche according to the description of Monaco Car Auctions); In addition to belonging to the private collection of the renowned two-time Formula 1 champion, this vehicle has barely traveled a distance of 4,800 kilometers due to being the jewel in the crown in Fernando Alonso’s collection.
