Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s recent Malibu, California shopping spree continues to make headlines. Recently ‘TMZ’ was able to approach real estate agent Josh Altman on the street, who gave his opinion on this business.
It must be remembered that the powerful couple paid $200 million for the mansion facing the sea and that made the place the most expensive in all of California.
It has been said that the family still has no intention of moving into the property and selling their current home in Bel Air. According to Altman, the intention of both is to turn the place into a kind of museum, since they own a large collection that easily exceeds the $200 million they paid for the place.
He also assured ‘TMZ’ that for most people, including him, $200 million dollars is an unthinkable figure to pay, but for these two musicians it’s even little and they have the ability to pay it in cash, ticket after ticket.
Altman doesn’t think they have plans to put the property up for sale in a few months for a bigger profit, he believes that the family will have the place for many months and it will even be an inheritance for their children.
He also said that they will most likely invest $40,000 more in remodeling the interior, although the structure already has a great design by Japanese architect Tadao Ando.
It must be remembered that this property occupies an 8-acre lot and includes luxuries and amenities of all kinds.
