Now that her first album “Mediocre” is 15 years old, Ximena Sariñana opens the trunk of memories and reveals what it was like for her to reach that special age.
In an interview with Isabel Lascurain, the singer recalled that at that time it was fashionable to celebrate in bars and with a DJ; however, her parents decided that her party was going to be as traditionally held in Mexico.
“In 2000 the parties were held in the clubs and you hired musicians to play the songs that you liked and I wanted that, but it was not like that. My parents made me celebrate my 15th birthday in the old school way, you know, with a super ampón dress, float, chamberlains, waltz and all that like in the old days”, said Ximena.
On the anniversary of her first recording material, the interpreter of “Qué Tiene?” She revealed that she will perform four concerts at the Lunario del Auditorio Nacional, which will take place in the first days of July and all the songs from the album will be reviewed.
Ximena Sariñana clarifies the alleged beating of Danna Paola
Ximena Sariñana spoke with El Escorpión Dorado a few years ago, in which she said that as a child she was very feisty and that, in fact, the most important fight she had was with Danna Paola and, after receiving some curious comments, she decided to clarify the situation.
Through her Instagram Stories, at the time, the singer assured that both her character and her statements about the protagonist of the series “Elite” were false, since she is much younger and it was practically impossible for them to share a project together on the small screen.
“To all the media and people who took seriously the joke about the blows with Danna Paola, I say thank you very much for thinking that I could be the same age as her. I love them and I love you too my Danna. Born in 1985 baby ”, wrote Ximena hinting that she is ten years older than Danna.
In her interview, the interpreter of “Una Vez Más” assured that being the daughter of a famous film director was a point against her, especially at school, as she pointed out that her classmates bullied her a lot.
