Amanda Bynes was released from the psychiatric facility two weeks after being admitted.

The actress was able to leave the venue on Friday night and was given a follow-up plan to make sure she stays on top of her recovery, TMZ reported.

This after doctors saw remarkable progress during his hospital stay. Now, the actress will have a new opportunity to improve her life independently.

A medical professional will monitor Bynes every day to make sure he stays on track with his recovery plan.

After completing the mandatory 72-hour suspension, the doctors extended her stay for another full week as her family members continued to be concerned about her health.

This is the second time that the actress has been admitted to a psychiatric hospital this year. In March, Bynes was found wandering the streets of Los Angeles naked.

At the time, a witness said the woman told him about a psychiatric episode that indicated Bynes had probably been living on the streets for days.

Bynes, 37, gained popularity as a teenager with shows like ‘All That’ and ‘What I Like About You,’ as well as the film ‘She’s the Man.’

His most recent roles on the big screen date back to 2007 with ‘Hairspray’ and in 2010 with ‘Easy A’.

In 2013, Bynes began to generate consternation over a series of incidents in which he was acting erratically, as well as some inconsistent messages on his Twitter account.

That same year she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and placed under a court guardianship through which her parents managed her finances.

The American was released from guardianship in 2022, after a Californian judge determined that it was no longer necessary and Bynes’s parents gave their consent to withdraw it.
