After a restraining order against Ezra Miller expired, the actor commented that he was wrongly and falsely accused.
The star of The Flash was denounced for child harassment by Shannon Guin, a woman who claimed that Ezra Miller was harassing her 12-year-old son and that he even touched him inappropriately at some point. Now the actor assures that this woman only wanted fame.
“I am heartened by the outcome and very grateful at this time to everyone who has supported me and tried to ensure that these egregious abuses of the protective order system stopped.”
“Orders of protection are intended to provide safety for individuals, families, and children who are in danger. They are not meant to be used as weapons by those seeking attention or fleeting tabloid fame or some kind of personal revenge when there are people who really need these services. I have been unfairly and directly attacked by a person who, according to the facts, has a history of manipulative and destructive actions,” he added.
In recent years, Ezra Miller has been embroiled in scandals, as he also faces charges of aggravated robbery, trespassing, and disturbing public order.
