he-assures-that-kim-kardashian-stopped-the-construction-of-his-mansion-in-the-form-of-a-spaceship

For several months there has been talk about the ambitious project that the socialite Kim Kardashian is carrying out in Palm Springs, California.

The construction of this new mansion did not attract attention just because it is another Kardashian house in California, but because the main structure would be shaped like a spaceship.

According to the newspaper ‘The Sun’, the project did not have the permits approved before June 29, which was the deadline. Construction is also said to have been halted since 2022, when authorities required the site to comply with fire safety and swimming pool codes.

It must be remembered that the design of this property is in charge of the renowned architect Tadao Ando, Pritzke Prize winner. This same Japanese architect was the designer of the Malibu mansion that Kardashian’s ex, Kanye West, has in total abandonment.

It seems that Kardashian is not only excited about the project because of its spaceship shape or its exclusive location, but also because she managed to hire this architect. In April of this year, the socialite and businesswoman even shared a series of photos of her on her Instagram where she and Ando are seen working on the project.

He wrote: “I met with the maestro himself, Tadeo Ando, to review and discuss a dream project we have been working on for the past two years.”

Kardashian’s excitement and the talents of one of the greatest architects alive have not been enough for this project. At the moment, we have to wait if the woman manages to obtain all the necessary permits and start building the place again.

There is also no exact information on how far along the construction may be.
