zach-lavine-paid-$34-million-for-a-newport-coast-mansion

NBA star Zach LaVine paid $34 million dollars a couple of months ago for a mansion in Newport Coast, California.

It was recently that the documents showing LaVine, current Chicago Bulls player, as the owner of this house were published. Initially when the business was closed it was said that the place had been bought by a professional athlete.

It made headlines at the time primarily because it became the most expensive property in the history of the Pelican Crest community. Although LaVine paid $34 million, his sellers initially expected to receive $39.98 million.

The basketball player’s new home occupies a 0.79-acre lot and its construction dates back to 2010; however, in 2021 a remodeling was carried out that makes the place now much more modern and attractive. That refurbishment was carried out by Rob and Ami Douk, its former owners.

LaVine and his wife will have at their disposal an 11,200-square-foot main house distributed in six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, foyer, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other luxuries such as a gym, infrared sauna, wine cellar , games room, golf simulator and more.

Of the details of the interior, it is worth mentioning its gourmet kitchen with two central islands, marble countertops and high-end appliances.

Of the entire property, what stands out the most is its impressive view of the Pacific Ocean, the green areas, pool and other ideal spaces to enjoy the outdoors.
