July 2 marked a new anniversary of the birth of Jenni Rivera, the late Mexican singer known as ‘la diva de la banda’. Regarding this emotional date for the relatives, fans and friends of the interpreter, her son Johnny published a tender video: the last birthday celebration that her mother had.
In the shared audiovisual, which touched thousands of people, the singer is seen sitting next to the table while a group of mariachis sings “Las mañanitas” for her.
Jenny Rivera would have turned 54 this July 2, 2023 and as part of the celebration for her birth her children have paid her a great tribute with a musical album that honors her memory, legacy and is full of love.
“Mission Accomplished” is the name of this record in which the children of ‘La diva de banda’ raise their voices to remember and honor their mother.
“The legacy of the Diva de la Banda grows with Mission Accomplished, new songs from the heart for the whole race,” they said when announcing the release of the album that was being long-awaited by all the fans of the Mexican interpreter.
