A few months ago Marcus Jordan, son of basketball legend Michael Jordan, announced that he is in a relationship with Larsa Pippen, ex-wife of Scottie Pippen, Mike’s teammate for 10 seasons in the Chicago Bulls.
MJ does not seem to like this relationship at all, since he recently broke the silence and expressed his opinion about the courtship that his second, of the three children he has, maintains.
Mike was asked about his son’s relationship with Larsa by a photographer who caught him leaving a restaurant in Paris. At first, the former player just laughs, but when the photographer asks again, MJ responded with a resounding “no.”
When asked once again, Michael again expressed negative, this time shaking his head confirming that he is not in favor of Marcus and Larsa’s relationship.
A few weeks ago, Larsa was interviewed on the program “The Tamron Hall Show”, and when asked about her relationship with the Jordan family, she stated that: “I feel like we’ve spent the holidays together and it’s good. We’re in a great place.”
In the same program, Larsa says that at first it was very complicated and she even had Marcus scheduled under another name on her phone to avoid problems.
For Michael, the relationship between his son and a teammate’s ex-wife is a rather awkward and strange situation. Well, Jordan and Pippen shared a team for 10 years and have a friendship of more than 30 years.
Marcus Jordan is currently 32 years old and Larsa 48 years old. It was not until 2021 that Larsa separated from former Bulls player Scottie Pippen after being married since 1997 and in February of this year Marcus and Larsa openly formalized their relationship through a post on Instagram.
