After revealing that Apolo is not his biological son, Luis Enrique Guzmán has stopped fulfilling his obligations and has withdrawn the alimony he gave the child, reported Mayela Laguna, the boy’s mother.
Laguna’s lawyers, Luis Enrique’s ex-partner, shared a statement in which they assure that until now he still has obligations to Apolo, since he is still registered as his son.
“As is well known, as a result of the unfortunate statements by Mr. Guzmán Pinal, my client has been involved in a controversy that has mainly affected his youngest son and his emotional stability; coupled with the fact that the minor’s father has failed to comply with the maintenance obligations that he has towards him to this day, “reported the office Porfirio Ramírez Mendoza.
Luis Enrique revealed that, after doing a DNA test on Apolo, he discovered that he is not his biological son, so he will seek to undo the legal link he has with the child, although he is very fond of him.
“From the foregoing, it can be deduced that the minor has seen a direct impact on his best interests, since food, being of public order and non-extendable, is a need for immediate satisfaction, which cannot be subject to the wishes or wishes of the food debtor. By virtue of this and, coupled with the fact that my client does not have the financial means to survive, the minor also directly suffers from these situations, ”says the statement.
So far Luis Enrique Guzmán has not ruled on this matter.
