The musician Matt Bellamy and his wife, the model Elle Evans, have decided to put up for sale one of their two mansions in Point Dume, Malibu. The property recently entered the real estate market for $6 million dollars.
Bellamy, known for being the leader of the Muse gang, bought this mansion several years ago for $2.6 million, but its price was raised by a series of renovations he invested in. These works also ensured that the property, built in the 80s, is in good condition and meets the needs of modern life.
The house is built on a 0.55 acre lot and its structure was made with white stucco and a tiled roof. At first glance the property is not very attractive or luxurious, but inside everything changes.
The main house has an extension of 3,685 square feet distributed in six bedrooms, six bathrooms, hall, living room, main room, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
Inside, its exposed wooden beam ceilings, wooden floors, skylights and more stand out. The kitchen has white cabinets, center island and ceramic countertops.
On the other hand, the main room has its own sitting room, fireplace, double closets, spa-like bathroom and an impressive ocean view.
Attached to the main house there is a garage with capacity for three vehicles.
Outside there are green areas with a children’s park, raised garden, shed and although it does not have a pool, at the moment, there is enough space for one.
Remember that Bellamy still owns a house in the same area that he bought in 2014 from comedian and radio host Adam Corolla. In addition, he has his principal residence at Sierra Towers, Brentwood.
