The actor assured in the program “The Minute That Changed My Destiny” that there is not a day that he does not regret having spoiled a love relationship of more than twenty years due to an imprudence that occurred due to excess alcohol. The Chilean acknowledges that for this to happen obviously something was not going well in his marriage, but for this reason he does not justify his actions. Especially since he understands that one of the factors that most complicates a possible reconciliation with Angélica Castro is the public humiliation to which she has been subjected in Chile.
“It is hard to make someone you love suffer. Daily is a constant rage with myself and it has been hard to sleep at night with the feeling that the one who hurt her and the one who broke and fractured my family was me. It’s very hard because a marriage can have ups and downs, but 20 years of a relationship, fracturing it and ending it for something like that, is one of the great things I regret the most,” said the star of “Amor Bravío.”
Finally, the Chilean pointed out that, despite trying to fix things and ask for forgiveness, his wife decided to separate from him permanently and the trust that his daughter had in him was never the same from that moment on.
They have not yet divorced, they are officially separated, but legally they are still husband and wife. But he affirms that he does not know what will happen in the future or what will be the decision that Angelica makes.
