A strong shooting this Saturday during a high school meeting in Chiloctaw, Oklahoma, left a young man dead and four other people injured, according to local authorities.
During a meeting between Choctaw High School and City High School, an alleged discussion between two men would have sparked the shooting in which the teenager died, whose name has not been made public.
The information was released by the Choctaw Police Department through a statement where they also reported on the state of the injured.
The report ensures that two of the wounded, a man and a woman, were shot inside the stadium while the other two, alleged students, were also shot but outside the complex as they fled.
So far there have been no arrests for the fact and they are already in the corresponding investigations.
In fact, the officers within the first searches found two firearms and eight cartridges of bullets.
As for the event, as soon as the detonations began, the game went into the background, with players running to the locker room to take cover, fans behind the stadium stands, among others.
The reactions did not wait and Kevin Stitt, governor of Oklahoma, said he was affected by what happened and will allocate resources for the investigation.
