As of Saturday, 135,672 spectators poured into the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, up from 111,924 last year, to enjoy the free tennis and entertainment activities offered during Fan Week, up 33% over overall from 2022.

Saturday’s Arthur Ashe Children’s Day also set an all-time attendance record of 40,868, breaking the previous record of 35,525 set in 2022.

During Fan Week, fans this year enjoyed other events including Stars of the Open, a charity exhibition match that raised more than $300,000 for relief efforts in Ukraine; Flavors of the Open, the food tasting event featuring gourmet cuisine from the tournament; Sounds of the Open, a free concert that this year featured the Latin Grammy winner, the Colombian Sebastián Yatra and Arthur Ashe’s Children’s Day,

The official tournament starts on Monday August 28 until September 10.
